2 Take bus J or tram 6 to Igls then either hike (it’ll take a few hours) or cable car up to Patscherkofel where a number of easy trails await (our favourite is the Zirbenweg Trail). There is a good value restaurant at Patscherkofel – no need to carry up your own food.
