3	Spend the day exploring this fascinating city. Ride the cable cars and visit the Witches Market, Museu Nacional de Arte, the 16 de Julio market and elaborate cathedral.			Check when the cable car shuts down for the night – you don’t want to be stuck a long way from where you started.
