	Spend a couple of hours in Surabaya’s fascinating House of Sampoerna before travelling to Cemoro Lawang.			Keep small denominations of cash on you for food, taxis, drinks etc.
6	Awake before dawn to witness sunrise over the incredible Mount Bromo landscape. Then go on a guided hike over this barren terrain and get close to the volcano itself.			You’ll need to pack for the cold – it’s freezing before sunrise!

8	See Bali Barat National Park, which is full of forests, mangroves and rare wild animals. The Tegal Bunder Trail is highly recommended, as is a visit to Menjangan Island if you want to see some amazing marine life.			Save the environment by using a filter water bottle.
